Test Cook - Brooklyn Blackout Cake

Preparing for a wedding in two weeks by baking a selection of chocolate cakes. This one is my favourite, triple layered chocolate cake with a chocolate custard filling.

Hopefully the bride and groom like it as much as I do :)
